Embrace flexible planning approaches to spark interest in every student!
Dr Sara Gaul-McKee
In this session, Sara explores the importance of moving beyond a one-style-fits-all approach to primary mathematics instruction. To effectively engage students and help them make meaningful connections to mathematical concepts, it is essential to incorporate a diverse range of teaching strategies. Sara will focus on the value of integrating open-ended tasks, problem-solving activities, fluency exercises, and explicit instruction to meet the varied learning needs of all students.
